Shipping policy

Delivery by guarantee of customer products to Banafresh

The User will assume the values of the shipment to Banafresh; as well as the values generated by the subsequent delivery of the product. Banafresh will only be responsible for changing the product to a guarantee when it calls for the procedure.

1. Change or return policy

The products and / or services purchased by the user on the website www.banafresh.ec can be changed or returned only if the claim is submitted up to 4 days after the purchase and only in the cases detailed below.

The changes shall be made only by the same product.

 

Returns shall be made by credit note and the user may use it to acquire a product of the same or higher value by covering the difference.

CANCELATION POLICY
2. Request for cancellation

The user can request the cancellation of your purchase within the first 2 hours after you have made the order, provided that you have not started the shipping process, contacting our customer service to the email information @ banafresh.ec in the hours from 09: 00am to 18: 00pm from Monday to Friday.

3. Cancellation after shipment

If the cancellation request is made after the order has been sent, the user must wait to receive the order to request the cancellation, within 4 days of the purchase and provided that the product is in the same state in which it was delivered, in the original and complete packaging. For this purpose the user can:

Request cancellation to email information @ banafresh.ec in the hours from 09: 00am to 18: 00pm from Monday to Friday.

4. Cancellation refund

If the cancellation is approved within the time limit set before the order delivery process begins; a full refund will be processed to the user. The refund shall be made using the same payment method as the user used for the purchase, and the time may vary according to the financial institution.

6. Special conditions

In certain cases such as promotions, special sales or discount products does not apply order cancellation.

7. Cancellation by Banafresh

We reserve the right to cancel any order in exceptional cases, such as limited availability of inventory, errors in product information or detection of fraudulent activity. In such cases, the user shall be notified and reimbursement made.

8. Invoice and account

Banafresh reserves the right to reject any order made on the website.

Banafresh may, at its sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per user.

In the event that a change is made or an order is cancelled, Banafresh will try to notify the user by contacting through any available means.

Banafresh reserves the right to prohibit or limit orders suspected of having been made by resellers or distributors.

 

9. Product delivery policy

Prior to the completion of the purchase process, the User will view the cost of the shipment generated, the delivery time will be up to 2 working days in major cities and up to 3 working days in other cities / provinces. From the confirmation of payment, without prejudice to any delays that may arise from causes beyond Banafresh's will, the client shall be informed of the approximate time of delivery.

The purchases made by the user until 12: 00 Monday to Friday in Quito will be released on the same day. If the purchases are made after 12: 00, they will be released on the next working day and delivered in accordance with the delivery times. For purchases on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays, 24 hours from the next working day for delivery.

The purchases made by the user from Monday to Friday outside Quito will be shipped and delivered according to the times stipulated by city. For the purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the delivery time will be counted up to 3 days from the next working day, depending on the destination.

Delivery will not be included in a specific schedule, but according to the Courier's delivery route.

The customer must check the good condition of the package with the carrier, who on behalf of Banafresh makes the delivery of the requested product indicating in the delivery any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging. If, after the product has been reviewed, the customer detects any incident or blow, rupture, signs of having been opened or any damage caused by this shipment. It undertakes to communicate it to Banafresh via e-mail information @ banafresh.ec or by contacting our customer service staff in the hours from 09: 00 am to 18: 00 in the shortest possible time up to 24 hours after delivery.

Once the customer's purchase is distributed, the transport consolidates the packages and according to the itinerary it communicates with the customer being at the point. If the customer is not at the destination, the transport makes a second delivery the following day. If there is no response from the customer, the purchase returns to the Courier's wineries, and later returns to Banafresh. The User in such a case must assume the values for a new shipment.

10. Applicable legislation

The Terms and Conditions between you and Banafresh are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador.

 

Banafresh controls and operates the website from Ecuador. Users who access the website from elsewhere will do so by their own decision and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

 

Banafresh may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website or of the products of the website at any time by means of a policy that provides for the appropriate termination.

11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Banafresh reserves the right to extend / modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and at its full discretion, or to comply with the rules. Banafresh has no obligation to notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. Banafresh reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website at any time and without notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance, or for any other reason.

12. Conflict resolution

The access and use of the website means full conformity with these Terms and Conditions by the User. In the event of a dispute arising from the application and / or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall make the best efforts to reach an agreement, and shall ultimately be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil courts of the city of Quito.
